A career in aviation management offers excellent career prospects for young professionals, in a wide range of roles. In addition, you’ll also be handling interactions between customers, airline/air cargo companies and employees, which will give you a chance to fully develop your management and conflict-resolution skills.

Ground Operations Manager

Ground operations managers lead teams and set priorities for ramp, fleet, customer service and baggage handling operations – in short, all tasks related to ground operations for an airline or an airport. They develop strategies and work processes, trying to achieve and improve operational benchmarks. Their role is unique due to extensive safety, regulatory and time constraint factors they have to work with, making them a vital element in the smooth running of flights everywhere.

Network Manager
