Congratulations on Taking the First Step

1. Have you signed your contract yet?

If the answer is yes, great! You can scroll down to step 2.

If the answer is no, please click on the button to view your study contract. You can then download it. Once you've signed your contract, you can move on to step 2 and upload it to our website.

2. Document Upload

To complete your enrollment, we need to check your application documents.

Use this page to upload them and keep track of what exactly you need to provide. You don’t need to upload everything mentioned here – only upload what is required for the programme you’re applying for. An overview of the documents required will be sent to you via e-mail, and you can also find it on the last page of your contract.

Click on the upload option that matches the document you wish to upload. You can upload as many files as you need per option. If your document is separated into different files, please combine them into one before uploading.

Please note: if a document has a green check mark, that means it was uploaded and successfully submitted to us!

Feel free to upload your documents before the start of your studies – we highly recommend it.

Translating and certifying your documents

We can only accept documents in English or German. Documents in any other language must be translated into one of these two languages.

To make this process easier for you, we’ve partnered with an international translation agency, M21 Global. They offer affordable and quick translations of official documents, from a wide range of languages.

As they also provide official certifications for their translations, if you use their services, you’ll only need to certify the original documents – and not the translations. You can find more details here

To certify your documents, contact the German consulate or embassy at your home country, notaries who can certify documents with an apostille mark, or the institution from where you graduated.

And don’t worry – you have between 3 to 6 months from the starting date of your studies to submit your certified qualifications, depending on your programme and model.

3. Next Steps

1. Complete Application & First Payment

Submit all required documents for review by our team. Once all your documents have been reviewed and approved, you’ll receive the confirmation letter. Finalize your application by paying the first month rate of your online studies.

2. Starting Your Studies Online

Upon receiving  your login credentials to myCampus system, your first month is a trial. You can cancel your studies at any time during that month and get refunded. Admissions team will issue your Admission Letter for your visa.

3. Finish Your Studies On Campus

To switch: Sort your visa (if needed) and accommodation, and prepare for your new exciting chapter! You also need to inform the Student Office through myCampus to choose your preferred Intake and pay the €500 Hybrid Registration Fee.
