Online course overview

Build on the business and economics knowledge you have from your undergraduate/Bachelor’s studies and focus on turning it into actionable skills. In the online M.Sc. Industrial and Organizational Psychology programme, you’ll cover leadership principles, personnel motivation, and applied psychology, and then branch out to New Work concepts such as Agile work.

General admission requirements

Admission Requirements for 60-ECTS  

  • Completed, undergraduate degree with 240 ECTS with a focus on psychology.  
  • Your degree must be from a state or state-recognised higher education institution/university  
  • You must have achieved a final grade of at least “satisfactory” or Grade C equivalent in your previous undergraduate degree 

Admission Requirements for 120-ECTS: 

  • Completed, undergraduate degree with 180 ECTS with a focus on economics or business administration  
  • Your degree must be from a state or state-recognised higher education institution/university  
  • You must have achieved a final grade of at least “satisfactory” or Grade C equivalent in your previous undergraduate degree

Work experience 

For the 60 ECTS programme: 

Depending on your previous education, the following entry options are applicable for the 60-ECTS Master’s degree: 

  • undergraduate degree with 210 ECTS: you can bridge the gap of 30 ECTS with the proof of one year qualified work experience 
  • undergraduate degree with 180 ECTS: you can bridge the gap of 60 ECTS with the proof of two years qualified work experience 

Recognition of knowledge and abilities acquired outside of higher education is possible in principle. 

Is your undergraduate degree not in the required subject field for this programme's 120 ECTS points variation admission requirements? You can still apply! You'll have to take 2 specific courses at the start of your studies, and pass them successfully in order to continue with your studies. That way, you don't have to take an entrance examination, and can prove your skills while earning ECTS points as part of your studies. 

English language skills

Depending on your personal circumstances, you might be required to provide proof of your English language proficiency. Your skills would need to match the B2 level of the Common European Framework (CEF). 

We accept the following English language skills certificates*: 

  • TOEFL (minimum 80 points)* or  
  • IELTS (minimum Level 6)* or  
  • Duolingo English Test (minimum 95 points)* or 
  • Cambridge Certificate (minimum Grade B)*

Recruiting/Talent Manager

As a recruiting/talent manager, you’ll be working at the contact point between traditional human resource management and public relations. Not only will you coordinate the application and hiring process for potential candidates, but you’ll also actively encourage potential applicants to join your company, by promoting its advantages both in business numbers and emotional impact. 

Customer Relationship Manager

As a customer relationship manager, your goal is to nurture the connection between your company and its customers. To do this, you’ll have to analyse the purchase habits and behaviour of existing and potential customers, the current market situation, and the different stages customers go through in what’s referred to as their lifecycle. Based on your analysis, you’ll develop campaigns to retain your customers. You’ll plan, monitor, implement and evaluate the entire process, with the goal being to preserve customers for as long as possible. 

Organisational Consultant and Developer

As an organisational consultant and developer, you’ll work either independently or as part of a consulting firm and provide support for companies seeking to use technical consulting, systemic organisational development, and agile concepts. You’ll need to analyse and evaluate complex change situations in your clients' companies, advise them on the design and conception of corporate and cultural development initiatives, digitalisation initiatives and New Work technique implementation.
