HELPING WHERE WE CAN: OUR SCHOLARSHIPS FOR TURKISH AND SYRIAN STUDENTS

IU International University of Applied Sciences declares solidarity with Turkey and Syria

The news of the devastating earthquake in Turkey and Syria are heart-breaking, and no words can describe the suffering that the people are going through. In this difficult situation, we are united in our commitment to help quickly wherever it is needed.

As an emergency aid for the people affected, we have set up a donation campaign for IU employees and students, and have been able to collect over 33,000 Euros, which the IU organisation will top to a total amount of 100,000 Euros. The donations will be directed to children whose lives have been affected by this horrible tragedy.

But we want to do even more. So, we are now offering 100 full scholarships for Turkish and Syrian students from any university who would like to pursue online Bachelor, Master, or MBA programmes but can’t start their studies due to the crisis.

We hope that this offer will help the scholarship recipients pursue their studies despite of the events.
