How to get your documents certified:

We can only accept documents in English or German. Documents in any other language must be translated into one of these two languages.

That means that the original document needs to be certified, as well as the original translation, by a state recognised translator. To certify your documents, contact the German consulate or embassy at your home country, notaries who can certify documents with an apostille mark, or the institution from where you graduated.

If you have any questions regarding the certification of your documents, get in touch with our Study Advisory Team.

Upload your Photo ID

Send us a copy of your official photo ID (your passport or national ID card). Due to data protection laws, we ask that you please black out all fields of your ID except for: first name, last name, date of birth and nationality.

Upload your CV in Tabular Form

Send us your CV in tabular form, with information regarding your studies, vocational training and professional experience.
